I just don't think he should feel any sort of accomplishment achieving the highest rank if he didn't play like you're supposed to to get it (i.e play games vs everyone and actually die sometimes if you happen to miss or make a bad call in judgement). You wouldn't get near that amount of xp so you're essentially reducing the time invested which you would've had to play to get that rank..ya. If this doesn't make sense I'm sorry

you have to understand its the highest rank would u be happy if u got the highest rnak no duh sont matter how u got it but u did and thats what counts -
