Dang, I'm left-handed and could never use my leftie for precision work like controlling a mouse.

Ok this is how I put it.
O= up, L= down, K= left , ;= right, R ctrl= crouch ,
R shift = walk, U= reload, H= drop, I= defuse,
Then the rest is lefty mode and left mouse button to scope and right to shoot.
