permanent ping spike

normally my ping is around 40-55. but after about 5 minutes of playing my ping will shoot up into the 300s and stay there. i don't know why. i checked my modem and router and they both show that my internet and network connections are stong. is there any way to fix my problem?

Did you make sure you firewall is on and blocking all incoming connections? Also run gamebooster to. I get this sometimes, and for me it has to do with my firewall. Also restarting the computer or internet may help.

My FPS dropped today. From 90 to 40. ):
