Proof for ping restriction!

Ok so i was in a room for the daily mission. Only 5 rounds and no one could kill this person because of the high ping. She said she lived in Singapore. Now im not saying she shouldnt be able to play just how fair is it that she can kill us and hardly take damage. She goes 12/1 in 4 rounds only reason we killed her is b/c 3 of us jumped her. She killed 2 of us. She also claimed to be pro pinpointer. Yet, she would pinpoint me as fast as any 20 ping person. I suggest ping regulation option in the room options. Maybe a option to see peoples pings before you clan war.
