Best resolution to play crossfire at?

Ok, well i have a 17 inch LCD monitor. It supports 800x600 1024x768 1280x768 and 1366x768. the 800 1024 and 1280 support 75 hz refresh rate and the 1366 only 60 hz. And what should my crossfire res be 800 or 1024?

Whatever fits your liking?I dont know why people making thread about what should i use and stuff, its ur decision no one cares.
