What do you think?

The computer i have currently is about 3 years old with an intel dual core clocked at 1.6 and i definitely need an upgrade.

Do not want to spend more than $350. Under 300 dollars preferably.

i already have a nvidia geforce 9500gt that will provide me with more than 100 fps in an 8v8 if put along with a good cpu. Currently my cpu is the only part holding me back fps wise.
