Dayummmmmmm. That was the weirdest move I saw. For the first time, I didn't understand what was going on until the very end! (spoiler alert)

He faked the relapse so he could get the lobotomy, he was a patient there the whole time, and he was cured, but again he wanted the lobotomy so he couldn't live with the grief of killing his wife and the death of his 3 children.

The intrigue was great. The way they ended it was simply brillant. The soundtrack was also good.

That movie was so cliche it's not even funny. I can't believe so many people didn't realize what the ending would be.

Watched this movie like, 2 days ago. 20mins into the movie, I guessed the ending. But yet, I liked it none the less. Very interesting, how it all plays out. Me and my boyfriend argued about the ending, whether or not he acted uncured on purpose.
