Problem with ping

I usually play in the West Coast server and my ping is around 190. But since yesterday my ping went up to 400 and higher. Can some of you tell me what's the problem?

I keep getting disconnected from server . I've tried disabling firewall,uninstalling reinstalling , updating direct x, don't use a router not problem there . maybe we have the same problem, and need the same solution

yes, there is always this certain amount of people who just suddenly start having ping issues in CF. happened to me once 70-300+

It depends where the servers located.
If you live in Europe forget the West coast and play in the UK servers.
