I feel that they decreased coupon rates as well.
Not just ZP but GP too
Burt then again, it's probability, so it's probably just our perception.
Totally with you. After 2009 Black Market changed and we got like less chance to win coupons with GP. But ZP has increased I think because im getting more coupons I've ever had!

What he said.What crates are you opening?
AK-scope, M4-C and Kriss crates give the most coupons. The others don't give as many due to the fact that there are a wider range of items to win.
M4c I was getting 1-2 coupons on average per box. Kriss was roughly the same.
GP you only get a coupon it seems every 3 or 5 boxes.

Don't listen to what others say. All crates have the same chances to win the permanent gun. It's just luck... but yeah, you do get more coupons with the Kriss because from what I can remember, the AK-Knife crates have a wider range of items to win.
