No I doubt the face paint was there for a long time. It was probably added last patch or something. Anyways, like other people have said, just because it is in the program files doesn't mean we'll get it any time soon or even ever for that matter.
Besides, they look... well, not very good.

Well, check the date of creation of said pictures. For me these files have all the same date as almost all of the other files and were created in November of 2009 when I had to reinstall CF completely, so, on my computers, these files are at least 7 months old.

Last patch only added or modified ItemIcon 446 to 457, 461 to 464 and 162.

I'm sorry I don't keep track of what is in the Z8 program files.
The main reason being, nothing is guaranteed to come out until the patch notes are up.

Naw they we're there a long time ago. I do check the files often cause i change my kill marks once in a while.
