Help!

i just downloaded crossfire.when i clicked it the XTrap thing patched, and after that when the screen goes black to start CF. It says " Error in InItRenderer. Shutdown." i ran it as Admin too and still the same problem. can you please help?

Get Directx 9, That will make CF work for you :cool:

Install it and reset your computer.

I had the same problem , along with map read errors , uninstall . and reinstall from a different mirror , check that your antivirus program isn't causing the problem , if in doubt disable it while running program. firewall can cause problems also. it took some trial and error but i finally got everything up and running. good luck
