"Some funtions of the system are not working" ERROR! HELP!

when i start crossfire today it gives me this message when loading the game. the patcher loads fine but stuck at the mutant loading page. after it gives me the message error, it restarts my pc. i tried reinstalling a few times but no luck. any1 gettin this message? any fix??? i love this game but i cant play

i cant really see the message coz win xp immedieatly restarts. i think it says " some funtion of the operationg system are not working and bla bla then it goes blank and restarts my computer

Oh I know what the message is,
02 0300 00000000 503 and says "some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external program. please, close any program which is affecting the game client."

u noe wat causes it? and fix it?
i dun have any antivirus enabled.
