70kGP is a tiny amount to spend on it, doubtful you'll win it with that much. Personally, it cost me 6milGP for that thing.
Sure thing on the 6Mil gp dude... it depends on luck, you can get it in one crate if your lucky. Just keep trying and im sure you'll get it one day. -

Black Market is random. Some people get it in 1th crate and some have to spend 6million GP on it until they get it... -
It depends on your luck. It's not like I want to win a D.E-Camo today. No Black-Market is trying your luck for wepeons. Just like me I only bought 1 AK-47 Knife crate. And won it in the 1st crate ^.^ It's all luck dude. No such thing that Z8games hate you or something else.

i got my first deagle c after 580 crates , the second one in my 600th and the third one in my 610th crate . you see , dont give up trying , you will get your lucky mommet earlier or later...

and he finaly got it
i did 60 boxes
and i spended 300 boxes on aug camoo and stil don't got i am normally very lucky at boxes but they don't wanna give me aug camo!! -
I got one for 2000 GP but its all random although im sure its not totally random but there is a very small chance you'll get it. Ive also wondered all the possible items to get from a crate x2-2= then 1 over that number would be the chance? Such as 1/28 of a chance to get it if you spin it the same distance every time?!?!? Seems reasonable because even if you buy 28 crates you would still have the chance to get the same thing and you have 3 slots meaning your chances just went down to 1/84 chance to get one? O.o i think i just confused myself with math anyone see where im going with this?

I got the M4 Custom and Deagle C on the same day. Both of them only took 10 crates for me. Working on getting the Kriss.:D
