Only Sniper Clan

Hi guys, im searching a good only sniper clan or just a good clan .... something to me:
-im 14
-playing 3-5 hours per day or more
-im good at sniping
-i play every day
-i have Teamspeak3 and Ventrilo
-i have a Headset ( of course :P)

and yea, im just searching a good clan
