Saving Replays

Uh, My friend got some nice kills yesterday when we were scrimming so i tought i would save reply.
I clicked save replay and did that for 2 scrims, next day i decided to go edit the replays..
But no, there was no replays saved, coz something fked it up?
Any ideas why it wouldn't save?
