Clan rank and clan match rules?

so for every 500 exp you get, you get one clan point
those clan points stack up and then you get your rank
currently the #1 clan has over 50k CP
but a lot of people make clans and don't get on or get many points so it's fairly easy to get your clan up to at least rank 5000
