What Do We Do?

Alright so I went away from my clan for a few days, and the person I promoted to leader messed everything up. He also left and then promoted someone to leader, and the person he promoted doesn't want leader. But the problem is he doesn't know his security question, and he used a fake e-mail address.

So he can't promote me back to leader, and he can't get out of the clan if he wanted to. How does he get his security question info so he can promote me back. Remember he doesn't have a valid e-mail. I think were screwed, but I'm just calling out for any possible solutions. This wouldn't be cool if we can solve this, because I have put a good amount of money into the clan, and my friend is stuck in leader.
