Missing Coupon's?

Okay, as it has been brought to my attention many people are having this problem around June 4-20th. My Aggravating story is that one morning i got up and got onto the computer to check to see if my Z8Games point's were awarded after a short error in almost all of my offers/Free offers that is. So they were awarded and i got on crossfire and i Went to the mall to purchase XM1014 ADV And it would not allow me to do so, it kept repeating the awful message saying Insufficient funds or something like that. So then i just ignored as i was not that upset about it but i was a little Bothered by it. So i went on with my day, i had 30k Game points/GP Left from when i leveled up to Sergeant so i proceeded to the Game Point/GP Crates to see how lucky i could be, Now before this i had almost Eighty Coupons Seventy-Six To be Precise in amount, and i did not check them before i went to Game Point/GP Crates so i continued to use my Game Points/GP on them, Now first couple of crates i got the extra Five-Thousand Game Points/GP and the Name card and a grenade slot expansion, Which is very useful by the Way. Next Crate i got A Coupon, Scar heavy Twelve Days got it twice actually, Next crate got 100 Game Points/GP GR Name Tag and Flash Guard, Next crate i got Five-Hundred Game Points/GP Coupon and A Famas, Next crate i finally got the third coupon And i was tired of spinning the Crates so i Went to my Storage Equipped the famas, and my PSG-1 in Which i won in the previous crate Not Mentioned, And i pressed Characted to put Flash guard on And i looked in black market and i had a M16-Camo Crate left And A D.-E.-C. Crate left, and i clicked on them, Then i got a Error that said Server Failed, Server is full please exit, Disconnected from server, then after it exited i Got a message from XTrap saying game Execute is not normal or abnormal or something like that i'm not too sure. I went to log back on and it said server's down Server Maintnance Sorry i don't know how to spell that correctly, And i waited about 30 minutes to an hour and got back on to check, Downloaded a Patch successfully Finally and it downloaded Quite fast. So i logged on, Took HGW and XTrap Security a couple minutes more then normal in my case, but i logged on and the screen went completely black for a minute and then it disconnected me again, and said Server Failed, Error then it showed a bunch of numbers and gave me quite the headache, so i waited a while then finally logged back on, and What!?!? My Coupons Are missing!!! i only have 3 From the ones i previously won from Crates in the black market, i Was Continuously Thinking about it and saying how the heck, so i Came on the forums and Alot of other people are having the Exact Problem. Will i get my Coupons back? Please help me in some Way, My IGN: Dark.Legion. Character Outfit:OMOH Character Weapon:Scar Heavy Secondary Character Weapon: M700 Sniper Rifle. Please help me some way. Thank you. And before closing this Complaint i have just now seen that instead of giving me all of the zp for the offers i did complete it gave me over Twenty-Two-Thousand Z8Games Points/ZP and now i only have 840?? Please help Thank you..
