Phuck verizon. I've been with them for like 6 years, with phone and internet bundle, Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Their tier 1 tech support are in India reading off a script. Seems like they don't want to mess with anything but FIOS.
This post has no opinion on FIOS because I really don't know anything of it. But I have canceled my phone/internet bundle, and also broke contract on my verizon wireless phone.

Seriously, they can smd.

Idk where you live but I have never gotten anyone in India reading off of a script. I've had verizon for a few years and no problems. Lol.

The problem with Fios is that they will charge you around $360 if you decide to drop it before the contract is over. I'll always stick with Cablemodem, but then again Optimum Online will give me a 30/5 connection for less money that Fios charges for their 15/5.
