Need some help

my little sister downloaded music(viruses) on my laptop and now there is a sh1t load of sh1t... and i removed most of them and cleaned most of the registry manually, i've used malwarebytes, and spybot s&d , to remove some stuff, i'm stuck trying to remove "motoconnect.exe" and rundll32.exe keeps running.. most of the trojans are in avg vault so i assume it's safe for those also..

Reformat to complete delete everything you own and treasure, but make sure you have a CD with all your drivers on it to reinstall after the reformat.
