Cannot create character.

Ok, so I just logged onto the game, it asks me to create a character, when I press confirm it says "this username is avalible" yet, when I click ok it says "character creation failed" please help me.

that happens when u use a old account i think..try making a new one

I've that problem for more than 7 days, I contact many gm's but nobody message me back. I send many support tickets with no awnser. This is useless to make threat's like these because noone is helping us.

Ps: Sorry for my bad English, I'm Dutch.
