I guess I got hacked.
Today when I entered the game I found out that in my BAG2 there is DSR-1. I didn't have that gun! Then when I checked closely it came out that one DE, P228, GALIL and Type89 are gone and my GP was down from 5 000 and something to 1 000 and something. It's interesting that these guns are still shown on the web page(it shows I have 4 DE lol). The good thing is that the other weps are still there, I've got DSR-1 and my clan is not deleted(I'm the leader).
I have anti-virus, firewall, etc. shields. I just hope it's not a key logger - scanning atm. Now I remembered that yesterday I noticed that my I-net security program was disabled and I had to enable it. Could be this I guess. Anyways it sucks hard! Just wanted to share it. Now go check your accounts.

If u didn't download "rank changer" , then u don't need to care about keyloggers.
If u did , then there is a topic about it how to "delete" the logger and make ur PC clean.
From Surveys u can get Trojans only but those cute things blocking ur Windows starter file only . -
I'm going to do some mega scans now. Nothing so far on the anti-virus. Keylogger detectors, malware removers, Spybot S&D and so on coming next.
All I can think is:
1. Keylogger
2. Somehow read the passwords saved in Firefox
3. Hacked Z8 or something like that(this is less likely)
1 or 2 I guess.
EDIT: I didn't download the stupid rank thing and surveys are not available in my country. -
I sent it to "Account Administration", yes.
As I already said I just hope it's not a keylogger because they are a nasty shiet. I may do all kind of scans but still not detect it.

Z8 Games rarely does something about the accounts getting hacked
But if the key logger still in your PC, i recomend you to re formatt it and start over new, if you don't wanna loose your acc ofcourse. -
If you can't get rid of it with the previously mentioned methods, you could try ComboFix because nothing stands a chance against it. You'll probably need someone to walk you through using it, though. ComboFix is to virus removal as Bruce Lee is to fighting.

Accounts don't actually get hacked. Info is secure on our end.
You either got keylogged (most likely by downloading and running something you shouldn't have), gave your info to a friend who thought it looked like a cool gun, or.. Well, yeah. Those two.
Anyway. Make sure your computer is clean, and submit a support ticket if you can't change password the regular way. -

Combofix saved me from reformatting more than 3 times. -
Try first with NOD32, Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
If that doesn't fix it save yourself a headache and reformat
Believe me, I went through that before... days of Googling... reading forums... downloading apps... it's not worth the effort.
The nerdiest stuff like ComboFix can cause lots of unexpected problems

i got hacked a couple months ago too
i dont know how i got keylogged but it seems i did because i just threw out my desktop and i wasn't getting hacked anymore
but the GMs are real chill with getting your account back as long as you provide enuff evidence that it's really your account
like email, security answer, transaction IDs for ZP purchases and so on
