Fps lag problem!!!!! D:<!!

i unno why but recently ive gotten fps(frames per second) lag spikes and i never have gotten those before so im guessing its one of the updates?because i havent done anything to my laptop and just suddenly i get fps lag whats with this??!!so z8games if you could look into this it would be MUCH appreciated and its not just me i hear other people are having it too, this person told me that he could play crysis fine but, not crossfire??so im guessing its the game.
