What weapons don't kill in one headshot?

(Title says it all)
For the record all the weapons I have kill in one headshot

However I have heard that some weapons like the m9 and the uzi don't actually kill in one headshot

I am having this argument with a friend so can you please tell me.

What weapons don't kill in one headshot?

uzi, m9, mp5 I think, mp7, and the p228? Unless they changed it :P

Basically every SMG is a 2 hit HS cept the SMG/Rifle mixes (ie Thommy) .

And every Pistol is a 2 hit kill HS cept DE and Anaconda.

Oh , and the Type 89 is a 2hit HS too...

M16 is a 1 hit HS killer...
At downtown from GR spawn i shoted 2 bullets into that window and baam 2 HS. (Turks kicked me ofc)

Kriss, Tommy, M9, P228, Glock, deagle/conda at medium/longrange, low damage rifles at long range. FAMAS at all ranges.

Most guns can be a 1 hit headshot, but are not always. Add in helmets and few guns are always a 1 hit kill, I've gotten a 98 damage HS on Egypt with the AK-Scope.

I believe a whole lot of the rifles don't kill at long - I had 2 occurrences at BW.

I hit 97 from BL spawn to B waters, M16.
I hit 95 from GR spawn to BL spawn, M4.

I could have potentially hit a wall due to my lag etc, but I doubt either weapon would do that much through a box.

Type89 is a 1 hit HS
Colt and p228 too

Only m9 (I hate this gun), Uzi, Galil (normal version), mp5 and 7 don't.
After, it depends if the guy has a bulletproof helmet or not

Yeah, this is really the only important one. I don't think any of the SMGs do either except maybe the M12s.
