Save Button doesnt work

Everytime i press saveb button the replay doesnt save. How do I fix this

    Yes it doesn't work if you use symbols like * / : \ ? " and others because you cant have file in windows that has file name with this. Alterall the replay file is saved to the Replay folder in Documents witht the filename that you give after you click the SAVE button.

    Maybe you saw a hacker name that had this symbol in his name and you wanted to report him - so tried to save the replay with this name, but failed...

    But if you stillc ant save the replays, then IDK, can't think of any..
    Try renaming a file in windows using this symbol, it doesn't work, right?

    after a game alt + tab or put cf into windowed mode and go to

    My Documents > crossfire > replays

    look for think its called replay.tmp rename that to the name of the person or just any name you want and it will save but dont close crossfire keep crossfire open otherwise it will get deleted.
