Final Debate:DSR1 vs AWM

Both are really 2 gret weapons. except that awm has the option to zoom in twice.. wherewas dsr-1 only once. either weapon are a 1 shot kill. but i think for portability Dsr is a tad lighter.. correct me if im wrong.

The AWM. No question.

they're both 1 shot kill, dsr stays in zoom, and awm doesnt which calls for quick switching.

so its a debate practically between staying in zoom and quick switching.

i'd go with QS, so awm for me

Everytime i reload with the DSR....i feel like im building a gun. or putting lego pieces together.

Both are equal, cause each has pros and cons!!!

i love both AWM and DSR, i've been using AWM for a long time and i started to use more with DSR when it came out, of course 1 thing different between both guns is the scope zooming, but even though DSR zooms only one time, its zoom does not zoom too far nor too close where i find in AWM's 1st zoom is too far to aim and 2nd zoom is way too close so well, i'd say it depends on the map and where u snipe, AWM is great if ur sniping from very far away but DSR is good for both position far and near since its zoom is on between the length of the 2 zooms of AWM. Another, correct me if im wrong, but i felt AWM makes u run slower. however, i think AWM reloads faster and better for fast switching from sniping to pistols in case enemies come too close to aim with sniper rifles

DSR1 reloads too slowly, and the fact that you don't unscope after shooting makes you slow while moving.
AWM reloads faster and it has double scope, it's cheaper too.

I found that I just don't miss using the DSR, something about it it allows for perfect distance sniping, but getting close with that gun is just a bad move, and I like close sniping battles.

Also the DSR runs out of ammo quickly and takes forever to reload.

AWM beats DSR

i bet most of you who say awm is better, you dont even have a dsr
maybe its just a good sniper for me but dsr pwns awm no question
dsr has same dmg, ive always had it do 100 for wherever the enemy was
and the RoF is much faster
i havent looked in shop but dsr seems much much lighter than awm and also dsr is way more accurate
the reload isnt too bad and for the ppl who say the draw time is slow, u can shoot b 4 it stops making all the sounds
and for the person who said its bad in close quarter combat, it is much easier to no scope than any other sniper
i bought my dsr and now i rarely use my awm camo
i say get dsr since its much much better and only a lil bit more expensive

Dude , DSR is for noobs that can't QS.
For noscoping i use a crosshair so its the same for me.

So , no point in the DRS only good for campers and the 1.5x zoom is terrible.

Definately AWP.

If you are using the DSR and your enemy is pretty close to you, it's harder to zoom in on em for me.

It's also about the feel, idk. I just feel that the AWP is the right sniper.

ya i like the awm better by far cause i QS, plus if ur a good sniper u dont need it 2 stay scoped in cause ull get him 1st shot
