The game can't start...

I don't know why, but since yesterday when i click Start Game i get an Error:

I have even tried to re-install, but that still appears. Any help please?

    I think it might be with the permission on Win 7. I also had this problem after I cleaned installed win 7, and tried to run crossfire.

    Did you run crossfire as "administration"? I ran it like this, and worked..

    If not,
    Just right click the crossfire icon, and select "run as adminstration".

    If this (runing as administration) fixes the problem, you may want to do the following for future ease:
    - Right click the crossfire icon.
    - Select properties
    - Go to the 'Compatibilty' tab
    - Check the 'Run this administration
    - Finally Click 'OK'
    This will prompt the crossfire to run as administration just by double clicking on it...

    If this doesn't fix the problem, or you have done it before and yet, you still have the problem..
    srry, I dont have any answer ATM.

    Maybe some1 may post some answers here?

    omg now that you post it, the allowance window didn't appear, so that's why it didnt work... yea right, Ty for remembering me to run it as an Admin, because that little shield on the icon fooled me.
