what he said.Did he just become the rank needed to join a clan? If so you have to wait til tomorrow when the clan pages update.
It sometimes takes a little bit longer for the application to show up. i had a friend that tried to join and he was staff sargeant already but i couldn't see his app for 2 days after he applied. i duno, but it happened only once to me
