Manz Z8 is making the Clan system better and faster.
To do that you have to carefully code the web data so it's quick and works properly.
Since Z8 don't know how to do that, they are shuffling the codes around at random until they get lucky and they find better web codes for the Clan system.
They took that idea from the black market. -
