FPS in Crossfire
When I play crossfire, I get really low frames per second. I use the lowest resolution in the game, and I close all applications before starting the game. I also use gamebooster, and I use that trick in task manager to set the priority for the game. My fps is only around 5 - 25 in the game. Any suggestions?

Are you running on a router? Sometimes (I know it was for one of mine) some routers have slow speed or decrese in speed overtime. I have a buddy who is on a router and just after the latest patch, he got very high ping and low fps. He said he had to manually re-enter in the ports on his router to fix the problem.
I'm not exactly sure what the ports for CF are, but you should open the ports and disable your routers firewall if you havent done so, if you even are on a router. -
how good is your processor and game graphics card? because if you have a slow processor the game will run slower also with the graphics card, google your graphics card and see how it compares to gamingWhen I play crossfire, I get really low frames per second. according to your specs im guessing your using a mini notebook?just guessing but with that graphics card and the processor speed, its your computer, thats why you're lagging so much, your computer is not made for gaming WHATSOEVER not to be harshAcer Aspire One (connected to a monitor)
Intel Atom
CPU N270
1.60 GHz
0.98 GB of RAM -
You CAN update it, by either getting a whole new laptop or by buying new parts. You can visit newegg.com for cheap parts. All you need is the money and knowledge on how to take stuff out/put stuff in computers.
I'd go with newegg idea. Saves much more money. -
depends what you want to upgrade, if your using a laptop you cannot upgrade your graphics card because it is soldered on to your motherboard but, you can upgrade your ram but, that wont make much difference and if you are going to upgrade your ram you have to find what kind of ram your laptop supports and how much it is expandable to(the max ram you can have put in)is it possible to upgrade it
