Mission bugged?

the mission thing is bugged i think. when u read it, it says " they do not stack." I have all letters except "c" and every time i finish a mission it's a letter besides "c". this has been going on for like 1 week. can u help me?

It says you will not always get a new letter. You can get the same letter over and over.

what? really? i read the whole thing and it said" they do not stack" which means they cant repeat unless u have to have 2 of the same letters liike "s"

The letters can repeat, but once you complete the words Cross Fire and you claim your prize it resets. You do not get any of the duplicate letters. You have to start over. For example I have had the letter C three times in a row. and when I did get the last letter that i needed it reset and I didn't have the C.
