client error 14_3

even tho i did not get the screenshots i might found the trigger for this

i had this error at least 3 times in one room after trying to kill someone with the knife part of the ak knife, the game kicked me out after 5 to 10 stabs.
it happened on ghost mode on GR, map hakenkruez

i will post additional info if needed
