Banning BRs is a bad idea because if they can't play CF they will start imigrating to USA and UK so they can play CF and then it gets even worst.

BRz go through a course at school called Computer Informatics.
This course then splits in the 2nd year into either:
1: Making Illegal scam sites OR
2: Haking CF.
