Not happy!

I sent a ticket about 2 days ago, and it is still not resolved!!!! i have done the 2 daily missions and still i am on 4 dog tags... i buy zp as well and i am not impressed. this needs to be resolved today!

Is this a topic on not getting a new dogtag?

If you read the mission thing, it says "You may recieve the SAME dogtag more then once". You're just unlucky I guess.

no it says that i get different letter every time, for example it said i got the "c" but when i go to check im still with the 4 i already had and no c....

And we don't appreicate people breaking the rules. Support gets ALOT of tickets a day, if you can't be patient, then do something else, raging about it won't get it done faster, just make us waste time that could be used for more things.

You don't necessarily get different dog tags every time you complete a mission. There are times when you get duplicate letters. There isn't anything to resolve. It is just luck, either you get a new letter or you don't. It doesn't matter if you buy zp or not.

Keep playing and doing your missions you will get your letters.. BE PATIENT!!!!!
