Add option to record replay in game.

Can we have a replay record button.
So in game if we think somebody is hacking we can record just a match or record just after when they come in game.

This way we don't need to click save at the end which :
1 We may miss.
2 Smaller file size - A Some people don't have hard drive's that big.
B Smaller upload time and Upload amount (some people have limits)

3 Faster for Mod's - A Smaller download
B They don't need to skip or wait until e.g. round 12 -9 for a hacker / glitch to show up.
