Able to see who has quick defuse /set up on your team

Can you add the ability to see who has quick diffuse and set up on your team.

That way you can give the bomb to that person or tell that person to diffuse.

and they should add to show u if the person is defusing cuz sometimes, idiots just crouch there and look at the bomb but dont defuse it with most of the time remaining
