Just got a new headset, and I have 30 days to check it out.

Any tips for this headset? some people are saying the mic is a little static?

Not using it for CF.
Any tips on the mic?
My vent mates are saying it echos alot, and gets staticy sometimes?

Yes, there are many issues. the mic has horrible build quality.

The mic is what I'm having issues with...
It "echoes" when I speak while others have their mics open...LOUDLY, I don't notice it but people in vent do.

My G35 has a button for 7.1/stereo.
Win.
Really, they're worth their prize unless you're going for brand headphones and a clip-mic.

sounds cool, i'll hit you up tomorrow.
I'd LIKE a 5.1 seeing how most FPS games support it, so why not take advantage?
