identifying problems in CF
by all means this is a serious thread and I do not appreciate any flames. This is a friendly and mature discussion and if anyone can not abide by this simple goal I am setting, please do not post.
I'm here to identify some problems the community has, since my last 2 threads were practically down the drain within days. People need to keep in mind the points we bring up here. A united community can uplift the face of CrossFire.
Problems I see:
No one really pays heed to the Age Requirements at all. Therefore, people younger than 13 with noticeably underdeveloped hand eye coordination and reflexes play this game. Also, they do not have the mentality to handle losing. There are exceptions, and there are teen/adults who fall into the category of people who can't handle losing. I think age requirements should be enforced, for example. The kid puts in a random birth date. After they register, send them to a new page and ask them to confirm their date of birth. As for me, just to prove I'm not demonstrative of Hypocrisy, it is 08/31/94.
Hac.king, which I will refer to as cheating since I'm too lazy to put the period for the word filter. We all blame the BRs, FRs, and GRs for cheating. However there are AMERs and CANADERs (I know its Canadians and Americans, just adding the R to the name for the impact) who also cheat and we actually make up a majority of the cheaters. I've seen my fair share of Americans and Canadians who cheat, and it really goes on in every country that plays CF. The only solution I can propose is a better anti-cheat, but I will not pressure mods by saying something like:
Good anti-cheat plawx!! GG sux and X-Trap sux. gimme PB!!!
First of all, theres a debate going on about whether PB would help with CF, because some people disagree it will prevent cheating in CF (some weird reasons I don't really understand.) Secondly, begging gets nothing done. Professionally done petitions whithout any complaining are taken more seriously.
Immaturity and immorality. This ties into the last 2 points, but it covers a bigger range. This is the "ur mom" and "F11 plox" and the "omg nub" stuff. Need i list more insults? We get the point. Here, mods (and God if you believe in one, if not, then nature) have provided us with a valuable system that helps us cope with flamers and trolls. The nature/God given one is IGNORANCE. Yes, the same ignorance that gets us in trouble at work or fails us in a test as school (unless the person is demonstrative of stupidity, thats a different story though). Use the ignorance where it is needed. Block these guys out. we also have a ignore feature in CF. Unfortunately, it is not on forums to my belief. You don't see the text of the flamer/troll, no problem. It's like they're not even there.
I'd like to hear other people's opinions on problems, and ideas of solutions to the problems.

Totally agree too many immature punks playing this game, age restrictions probably should be enforced more. -

Not to be rude here, but I do have perfect grammar, it's just that I typed this up in 5 minutes and oh look at that, I forgot to capitalize some letters. If I were allowed to write this like I would have wrote it in OneNote it would have looked to be grammatically perfect. But... are there really that many errors?
