Report because of hacking

I dont know where I can report someone. Could you help me to put the post into the right forum?

I can not say the name of the hacker because I can not see it anymore.
I saved it three days before, so I forgot the name but he is the first player with 154 kills.
He had that new hack to walk thought the walls.
There is a second hacker in this picture but I forgot his name ,too.^^ Sorry
But when that is not the first report of this person you could know the right name in the list
