    if your av is flagging the first link it cant scan the archive meaning its not sufficient protection :P

    It never was infected lol, anti viruses are funny about upx packed archives

    Would you prefer I directed kids into the registry to make changes 0.o


    MCAFFE ( an unworthy anti virus) flags it as "Suspicious" in the vbs

    If Avira says nothing theres a 99.9% chance its clean as it is the best anti virus (real world tested)

    The use of this is to disable nagling
    This algorithm interacts badly with TCP delayed acknowledgments

    I could fill this with 30 minutes worth of reading followed by 5 hrs of tweaking the network, I was trying to keep it simple for y'all.

    (vista and windows 7 have features that do not require this type of modification)

    If you are using Windows xp there are some modifications you can do to your rwin, ttl, etc that can improve latency.
    I cannot simply post your settings this because every isp is different and each isp has different packages
    run this program set your appropriate bandwidth and select optimal settings.
    if you are using dsl be sure to check the dsl box to adjust your mtu accordingly.
