Button to block entire chat

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but what about adding an option to block the entire normal chat? It's very annoying to block one by one. It's also not very handy if you are on a scrim.

People spamming usually make FPS go down, not to mention most things people say are not worth reading.

This is already in game...Isn't it? While in a match hit esc and click block chat. >_>

Or is this some kind of inside joke about the suggestion forum that I'm not in on?

Nevermind, I've never actually used it before. I just assumed "Block chatting" did what it said. I take it that you only block one person at a time or something with it. -Shrug- Cool. Always good to know more stuff.

Yea blocks one at a time, I support chat blocking everyone.

But... An even better suggestion would be to have no in game chat period except for clan chat.

Then people can't request kicks, cry, spam and instead just play the damn game.

The downside is people cannot say "back" etc to a player, maybe enable these kind of commands like macros or something blah you get the idea.
