i know for you should have only 1 extra clip, of ANYTHING, at any one time. ONLY 1.
so if you were able to purchase 2 machine gun clips (i think thats what ur saying)
thats a bug.
if its like 1 MG clip, then 1 pistol clip, well, thats wrong. sorry i can't help more.
try to re-install?

Reinstalling wont resolve the issue.
In this case the clip will need to be manually removed from my character in the database.
nothing is affected or unstable with the exception of trying to open the items tab in my inventory.
I'm sure there getting logs and are aware of the issue, they are working to get things going.
Believe me there doing tons better than a lot of other Dev teams I have seen.
At least there not doing some unheard of method of time stamping causing constant server crashes and setting duel and triple constant character scanners with auto-ban features causing a bug that bans everyone on accident -

to make this a little clearer you bought 2 of the same clip?
if so then it will not be put as two clips in your inventory it will extend the time of the first clip you purchased, of course if you purchased a different clip then it should automatically remove the other clip 2 clips cannot be placed on the char at a time, thus contacting a GM should help out the GM should remove the clip/clips you already have and replace it back into your account, if it still crashes after they remove and replace then cf just dont like you having clips XD and you'll have to get a GM to just remove it, of course you can try just rebuying it yourself but i doubt they will refund you for the first purchase even though its causing errors
