Did you include all the important info from your account eg. secret answer to your secret question and anything else the other person wouldnt know. I wish you luck in getting your account returned to you.

Maybe it's because you don't need to be a GM to realize people are after stealing your accounts via scams or keyloggers.

If I wanted to steal accounts of the users of Z8 games where would I put the keylogger? In an adobe photoshop torrent? or a crossfire hack?

And the reason Z8 doesn't help people get their accounts back? because your wasting their time, if they helped everyone that got their account stolen because they are using hacks with keyloggers or because they gave away the information to get 10k ZP, then they would be spending huge amounts of time on idiots.

It's your responsibility to keep your account safe.

Well, sending more support tickets won't probably work.
I always get the same reply, like.. ".. We are working on it" blah blah blah.
And it could be taking even longer if you spam them with tickets, but good luck
