It takes 2-3 working days for admin to read and reply to your support ticket.
Your account couldn't have been 'hacked'. The only way anyone can get into your account, is if you give them your information, through the traditional scamming way, or through a bad download (hacks, keyloggers).
In future, don't be greedy. -

i didnt give anything away, i got keylogged , not by downloading, but by logging into MSN. -

Well you have to have downloaded something in order to have been keylogged. Probably that 'rank changed' crap.
I kinda doubt anyone here could hack or tamper with your msn, without your knowledge. -

The Z8 database has never been comprimised, so obviously your pass and login/security question either weren't strong enough, or far too obvious. -

Impossible.
And most of you complaining about being "hacked" must of:
1) Downloaded hacks, (most likely)
2) Gave your information away (so people can top your account up with ZP)
3) Was sloppy with keeping your information secure
4) Had a very weak ID/Password (someone guessed it)
And if it's 1 its funny, 2 you're gullable, 3 stupid, 4 stupid:D
