The source of the problem is one single public hack, and when that gets patched out things will be back to normal. We had the same issue back around Thanksgiving.

most of the worse hacks have been removed like speed, long knife. but now theres ppl walking through the doors, going in a wall and we cant hit them.. im seeing more of them everyday

Again, the source of that is all one hack. Once Xtrap is able to detect the mechanism behind it, it won't happen anymore.
