Ping Problems

My ping use to be in the 50 when i had Windows XP Ultimate.

I just got windows 7. And my ping is now going from 90 at the min. to as high as 120.

How can i reduce my ping?

try this

go to start and type cmd when it appears right click and run as administrator

copy and paste this press enter than reboot after its done

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
