i believe there should be another thing called assist besides kills because for an example you over a half damage to that player and you die or team mate comes and kill them you should be atleast awarded something so yeah i think this idea would be nice

Well that's what MVP is for. The person that does more damage to the enemy team gets the MVP.

ya but it would be nice to get a reward for doing 94 for something then someone comes and kill thems, a bit extra exp wouldnt hurt anyone, id have like 30 more assists than kills every match so thats y it would be good
