The reason that all pug vents fail.
One of the Biggest reasons Are because of the Admins.
People say, "Oh well theres fail admins, Get new ones"
How can you get new admins when, To someone out there. That admin "Fails".
They wont even give an excuse why.
So that person is demoted. Another one is brought in to help out someone else has to say. "That admin Fails"
In pug vents, There is no such thing as "A Good Admin" Because 1 person in this community doesnt like them, Or more.
And if you do find that one admin that no one hates, They end up doing there job right, Then that person gets mad, And spreads the word "That admin fails". When really, There just breaking rules, And that Admin does there job and bans them.
The same thing happens with the Crossfire Mods. They end up doing there job right helping this community, And then that person gets mad They get infracted/banned, And starts sh.it. Ex. Greycloak.
Then they come on the forums, And just cry about admins in pug vents banning them "For no Reason" When really That person Did something wrong, And is just mad they cant get on the vent.
Rule breakers on vent, Are the most common to say, These admins Fail. When there just being Complete idiots breaking rules.
This is why pug vents fail 100% of the time. And there will never be a "Good" Pug vent.
Im done with anthing related to pug vents, Because they fail, and are stupid.
I wanna see someone who says "Oh this pug vent fails" To try to go make there own pug vent.
I tried it, And it didnt work at all, Because it ends up the same way as the others. "Fail Admins" "Ran Bad"

I've been discussing with some people on multiple vents and I hear you are a bad admin.
You've practically called Life's vent yours and you basically put the admin tag upon yourself and you think all of your ideas are the best. And you are running the event by yourself.

The problem is that people take the user input under consideration.
My motto is to use your own judgement, assuming you know its superior, when it comes to promotions.
Demotions should be done with user input but only if you're comfortable with it, and in private.
The Internet is not a democracy. Kids will always rage.

1. Everyone is a fail admin.
2. As johny said, It was me and Erick's idea, Erick was lucky enough to find someone to host the vent.
3. I was basicly Running it by myself with life, Because we could not find someone that "Wasn't a fail Admin" Your right i am a fail admin, But so is everyone else.
4. Please go and try to start your own vent, You will see what i mean. -
We carry with us a respect because of who we are, not because of our tags.Are you kidding me? The mods would be disrespected as much as the owners+Admins.
I've never been disrespected by someone that matters (or doesn't) on these forums or under the few months on my vent. Intelligence is king.
Some people just carry a bit of stamina with them.

An admin should avoid to biased, which rarely happens. When growler is requested chances are that the suspected person is a friend of the admin and will let it slide and won't force growler.
A good admin should have to leadership and common sense not to be manipulated by simple rethoric. I've seen several pug vents constantly changing rules because some minority were not pleased with them. -
One word yo, Respect.
Its hard for people to do over the interwebz, but if they can't do it here, how will it end up for them in real life?

Gaining respect IRL is easier than online. In the internet people just insult you and treat you like trash for no reason simply because they will not be punched in the face. The worst thing they will get is a ban and you can bypass that. -
maybe im just a hard ass but if someone doesnt like a call you made on a problem that occurs and calls you a fail admin, too F***en bad your the admin, they aren't. They can leave if they have a issue with you. Good admins are also needed, someone that first off does not pug and is not well known in the community (so they arent flamed for being bad when they try to inforce the rules, and tbh if kids are flaming the admins on a call they deserved to be kicked.) My mindset, if you dont like what the admin does in regards to following the rules (i will mention that corrupt admins suck), gtfo. As long as you support the rules, they have no room to complain.
