So I just made a 6k U.P purchase at PlaySpan, and apparently I have to wait for them to review my order or something like that before I can get my product, has anyone else had something like this happen to them at PlaySpan? If so could you tell me how long it generally takes? Ty if you can

Wait then? I heard it can go out of stock. I was waiting 15 mins for a survey to be viewed (says to wait 15 mins) so i went on their forum and some guy asked a similar question to you and they said it means out of stock.
Don't take my word it ain't reliable xD. Just wait for it to be processed. -
