My D.E scoped
Hello there , so first i don't know what to do this is so anoying, today i bought 20k zp(20000 zp) as soon as i got them of course i went to black market and bought 10 crates for the D.E scoped and 10 for the M4A-Adv , now here's what happened (i alredy messaged the technical support to solve this) but i would like to know what you guys think, ok heres what happened after i openned 7 crates that i bought for my D.E Scoped the 8th crate showed half of the D.E Scoped (Yes just the half or less of the Deagle) and the other 2 "balls" or what ever is called just showed 2 pictures of GR character and no item or something it , now i procceded to open the other 2 crates for the Deagle and got the same GR pictures and the other "balls" where full of the GR character too, now i dind't mind beacause i thought i had the D.E scoped and i was so excited of , but when i moved to my storage didn't saw any Deagle scoped wich made me really mad Also when i was in my storage something showed up saying "item could not be moved to inventory" **(I REALLY DON'T REMEMBER WHAT EXACTLY SAID BUT IT WAS SOMETHING LIKE THAT), so i opened the 10 crates of the M4A-adv and 7 again worked but when i tried to open the 8th one i will not lie, i didn't got any M4A-Adv , but got the Picture of the GR character again, so i tried with the rest of the crates and happend again the GR character again, i don't know if this is a bug or what, i just want to have my Eagle that i thought i won but didn't and the crates that i couldn't even see if i won any item or something because of the GR character, now thats not all, i also wanted to purchase a exp% up thing and when i clicked purchase exp% up for 7 days i moved to my storage, but when i looked for it a my storage just did not see that thing that i bought, and i bought because im a low rank and i really needed that, so heres 3 things to solve for the staff,
1st the D.E Scoped that i'm pretty sure it was the deagle,
2nd my crates that i didn't even saw if i won any item or even better the special guns,
3rd my exp% up thing that i bough,
And not to mention that happened the same thing when i bought 20 crates for the d.e camo and happend the same thing, but i really don't mind about those, i just want those 3 problems that i mentioned,

Now for those that says if you Don't have a screenshot you're screwed, i know screenshot would have been better.
I can take a picture right now of the oppening crates and see if the same thing happends, but i don't want to i really wasted alot of crates with that "bug" and don't want to miss anymore.
Now if they don't solve this will just loose the money that i put on this acc almost every month -

I think I know what you're trying to say, you just passed the deagle scope, it's just a case of bad luck. -

If you can read, i said that i had the deagle on the 1 of the balls that are open,
now i knew this was going to be a bad idea to post in forums reasons are showed up alredy, -
Eddie, do not worry, this happens to everyone as a graphics failure. The items you won will be placed in your inventory or given as GP (either one). The reason why sometimes it shows the "best gun" when you actually haven't is because the right-hand sided capsules don't actually tell you what you won. You're meant to go by the left side which says "items won" and for good reason too. If you won two or more of the same "type", i.e two sprays, one of the items will be replaced by a random one but only as an image. What you actually won will still be the two sprays + X. Not Spray + X + Y. the global Risk images you received were just a graphics fault too. They are actual items "disguised" as you can say. Your items are in the storage, and because you're new to this, I'm sorry just graphic glitches. I have bought over 1.6m ZP (yes that's 16 bunches of 100k ZP) and what has happened to you has happened to me 16 x 5 times or 80 times more than me according to the amount of ZP i bought to yours!

Like you said, without a screenshot, you're pretty screwed without a screenshot, but with your description of the bug it does sound like you had this bug, I've had it before too in Kriss crates, although it was only one crate.
Send in a support ticket and hope they can help you, but without a screenshot I don't think you'll get much help. -

my two cents, what i comprehended from as quoted from other person "wall of text"
A) you should get screenshot (thats print scan on your keyboard; open paint; paste it (ctrl v); save it as a JPEG; upload it to w.e site, and SEND IT IN TO SUPPORT)
if there is a problem worth posting, like a newish h@ck out for all "BR" to get, let them know on forums, 
and C) as said in paragraphs above, learn better grammer skillz -

I had similar problem with DE-camo. When I was spinin' it showed DE-c but 'spinnin procedure' didn't end, and then appeared a window with message 'Hack Tool detected' idk wtf, and clicked OK, and it turnd off my game and I didn't make any SS of it, piece of sh1t but w/o SS I can do nothing I think...
